Which plan should I pick for my Discord bot? +

BOT-S (2 GB) is more than enough for 1 to 3 simple bots (moderation, music, light commands). BOT-M (4 GB) is ideal for several bots or a bot present on many Discord servers. BOT-L (8 GB) is recommended for very active bots with a large database or intensive image/audio processing.

Are Node.js and Python available? +

Yes. With full root access, you can freely install Node.js (via nvm), Python 3.10+, Java 17+, Go, Rust or any other runtime. No restriction on versions or libraries used.

Will my bot restart automatically after a crash? +

Yes, if you configure a process manager. PM2 (for Node.js and Python) or systemd let you restart your bot automatically on crash or on server reboot. Our support can help you set this up.

Can I use a database for my bot? +

Yes. MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL and SQLite are all available and freely installable. Perfect to store configuration data, member stats or XP levels of your Discord users.

Can I host several bots on the same VPS? +

Yes. Each bot runs in its own process. On BOT-M (4 GB RAM), you can comfortably run 5 to 10 light Node.js bots simultaneously. Docker is also available to isolate each bot in its own container.

Can my bot make external API calls? +

Yes. Your VPS has full outbound internet access. Your bot can query third-party APIs (OpenAI, Spotify, Twitch, etc.), send webhooks or make any HTTP/HTTPS request needed to operate.
